 Advertising Policy: 

Florida Equine Athlete reserves the right to properly edit or correct any and all advertising.  Florida Equine Athlete makes every possible attempt to proofread and print every ad correctly.  The Florida Equine Athlete shall not be liable for typographical errors.  However, your advertisement will be reprinted if an error occurs.  Florida Equine Athlete has the right to refuse any ad for any reason that is inappropriate.  All liability of copyright violation is the sole responsibility of the advertiser.  Advertisements are designed and used for this production and are the sole property of Florida Equine Athlete.  Advertisements produced by Florida Equine Athlete are not to be reproduced in any part without the written sole permission of the Florida Equine Athlete.  Reproduction of an advertisement that is produced by the advertiser must gain permission from the advertiser.

Design Policy – If you have an ad already made that you would like to use, we can use it.  If someone designed it for you such as another newspaper, etc, it cannot be used due to copyright issues, etc.  Ads designed by you can be used with your approval.  Otherwise, if you would like us to design it, give a description of how you would like the ad.  Once the ad is completed, you will be emailed a copy of it for your approval.

Your check is welcome; however, there is a $25 insufficient charge for returned checks.

Your ad will be placed in the magazine and on the magazine advertisers list on the website. 

Return of Funds Policy–   the following is the return policy of funds.

ADVERTISING:

If order 1 – 2 months – No refund

3 months + of advertising - , the allocation of funds will be calculated by dividing the funds by month and then by taking that specific amount and multiplying what months have not been used.  For example, say you order a 6 month – full page ad and you pay $243.00.  You use 3 months of the ad.  243 divided by 6 is equal to $40.50/per month.  40.50 will be multiplied by 3 (unused months) to give an answer of a $121.50.  This would be the amount of your refund.  Please note; however, there will be no refunds if only have one month that you did not use.  So, if you advertise 5 out of the 6 months you ordered, there is no refund given.

 SUBSCRIPTIONS –

There are no refunds on subscriptions.  It is the subscriber's responsibility to keep all mailing and email addresses current.

VIDEO BROADCASTING COMMERCIALS –

NO refund for the designing of the commercial.  Refund of Ad cost will be calculated the same as regular advertising refund policy.

There are no refunds for membership for this circuit.

BENEFITS OF BEING A FEA MEMBER (SUBSCRIBER)

Receive a 10% discounted on products with regular prices.  If there is a special held on a certain product, a discount is not received.  For example, members receive a 10% discount on video orders.
