1. Subscription Ordering - Would you like to order a subscription to the Florida Equine Athlete publication? You, now, can do so through this link. Just following the following directions.
Fee: for a one year subscription (12 issues) it will be $31.20(includes $1.20 service fee).
For a two year (24 issues) subscription it will be $57.93 (includes $1.93 service fee).
Charter Member fee && FEPC Members: One year subscription (12 issues) $26.20 (includes $1.20 service fee).
For two years (24 issues) subscription $46.63 (includes $1.63 service fee).
Paypal charges service fees.
Click on the below button that says "PayPal Donate" and type in the price of the subscription you want. Email me your information such as name, address, phone, email and I will get you put in the database for a subscription order.
2. Advertising Order - Call or email me for rates. I will tell you the cost (which will include the service fee for using this payment service) and you can click on the below button and type in your payment.
3. FEPC Membership Payments - Type in the amount of the fees you are paying.
*Individual Membership - $50 (add $1.75 service fee) = $51.75
*Youth Membership $35 (add $1.32 for service fee) = $36.32
* Families of 2 Adults and 1 Child - $125 (add $3.93 service fee) = $128.93
*Families of 1 Adult or 2 + children - $110 (add $3.49 service fee) = $113.49
*Families of 2 adults & 2 children - $160 (add $4.94 service fee) = $164.94
Be sure to send me the membership papers. Also, do not forget your subscription to the Florida Equine Athlete Publication. This will be the main source for the circuit. You will receive the charter rate of $26 (includes $1 service fee) for 1 year (12 issues) or $46.63 (includes $1.63 service fee) for 2 year (24 issues). Add this rate to the membership fee when paying.
It does state "donate" but that is okay. It is used to input any type of amount. I thought it would be easier to do it this way; instead of having to implement many buttons for various types of prices. This way we only have to worry about one. :)
